Privacy Policy

To fulfil orders we collect your name, email address, phone number, and — for physical products — your shipping address (street, city, state, PIN code, country).

If you create an account we store your name, email, and login details (Google sign-in or an encrypted password). Every order you place is linked to your account so you can view your history.

For custom 3D-print quotes you may upload STL model files. They are stored privately and used only to price and produce your order, and are auto-deleted after 30 days.

Card and UPI payments are processed by Stripe (and Razorpay where enabled). Your full card or bank details go directly to the payment gateway — we never see or store them. We keep only the payment reference, amount, and status needed to confirm your order.

We use a small set of cookies and browser storage: a sign-in session, your currency choice, and your shopping cart. We do not run advertising trackers or sell browsing data.

Basic technical logs (such as error reports) may be kept by our hosting and infrastructure providers to keep the site reliable and secure.

Your details are used to process and ship orders, deliver digital downloads, send order emails and invoices, provide support, and meet legal and tax record-keeping duties. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Service providers who help us operate — hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), file storage (Cloudflare R2), payment gateways, and email delivery — handle data only as needed to provide their service.

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounts, support, and legal compliance. Uploaded STL files are deleted automatically after 30 days. You may ask us to delete your account and personal details at any time (order records required by law are retained in anonymised or legally required form).
