The ground rules for our 3D-printing, digital-file and training business.
01Scope of services
We offer three things: made-to-order 3D-printed products, digital files (source code, Node-RED flows, FUXA SCADA configurations), and training (instructor-led sessions).
Everything is customised or prepared specifically for each customer. Placing an order means you accept these terms plus our Returns, Refund & Cancellation policy.
02Orders & custom work
Physical products are 3D printed to order. You approve the specs before production — colour, design, size, configuration, mounting needs. No changes once printing starts.
Dispatch is typically 1–5 business days within India. Colours and finish can vary slightly between batches due to manufacturing tolerances and filament variations. Custom prints are confirmed on WhatsApp before production.
Physical orders may be cancelled before shipment only. After shipment: no cancellation, no return, no refund.
03Digital products & IP
Digital files are licensed to you, not sold. You may use, modify and adapt them for your own setup — that is the point — but you may not redistribute, resell, re-upload or share them publicly.
Files are developed and tested in our environment. They may behave differently in yours (hardware, firmware, libraries, network, skill level). No guaranteed outcomes.
Digital orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once placed or delivered.
04Training
Training content — instructor-led — is for your personal learning only. Recording for personal use is allowed, but redistribution or resale of sessions or materials without written permission is not permitted.
Schedules for instructor-led sessions may shift; we will inform you in advance. Training teaches skills — it does not guarantee certification, employment, or any specific project outcome.
05Liability
Unless stated otherwise in writing for a specific product, we provide no guarantee or warranty. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for that order.
We are not liable for misuse, wrong installation, wrong polarity/wiring, environment differences, third-party parts you combine with our products, or changes you make to digital files.
